Happy New Year!

Dear Parents,

I hope you all had a very happy and restful vacation. We are excited to start a new year of learning and growing. This month we will be exploring space and the patterns in the sky to include the moon, sun and stars. We will also be discovering and learning about the properties of  light and sound. At the end of January we will be hatching chicks in our classroom.

January is also a busy month for assessment. We will be taking the I-Ready test for reading and the Symphony test for math. Parents, you will be amazed at the growth the boys and girls have made so far this year. I am very proud of them!

Here are some pictures that were taken before break during our assembly and Polar Express Day. Enjoy!
